For clients engaging Ginfomatics for web development, custom software, SEO, or other IT solutions, specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures will be governed by a separate, formal "Statement of Work" (SOW) or project contract. These Terms of Use govern the general usage of our public-facing website and content.

5. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content").
